Returns
We do not accept returns, but we will replace a defective product.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, the defective item must be reported within this time frame.
Replacement Process
To initiate the replacement process, please follow these steps:

- Once the shipping payment is received and confirmed, we will promptly send out a replacement item to the address provided.
Customer Responsibility
Please make sure to inspect all items upon receipt and report any defects or damages within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in the inability to claim a replacement.
Non-Defective Items
